Monte Holm, President
As President of World Financial Group, Inc., Monte Holm works with members of the WFG field leadership to ensure the continued growth and development of the company. Much of Monte's time is spent with these field leaders - either in meetings with other Supervisory Board members or on conference calls with various CEO MDs helping and supporting them in their promotion runs. He also is out promoting the company's mission - helping to create financially independent families position to realize their dreams - at various events throughout the United States and Canada. He also oversees the WFG Executive Headquarters in Duluth, Ga., which has more than 300 employees.
Monte attended Dixie State College in Utah, working his way through college in the construction industry. Since then, he's spent 26 years building and leading a major distribution channel in insurance and securities. Before becoming WFG President, Monte was chairman of the WFG Financial Division.
Monte also is the CEO of World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Canada Inc. as well as a member WFG Supervisory Board and Executive Committee. He is also president and board member of WFGRe and a member of the company's Chairman's Council. Monte has been awarded AEGON's leadership award of excellence and the Chairman's Council award.
Edie Craig, Chief Administrative Officer
Edie brings 29 years of insurance experience to World Financial Group, as she began working in the industry right out of high school. She became the company's Chief Administrative Officer in 2001 after working at Western Reserve Life as Vice President of Underwriting and New Business. Prior to that, Edie served as Vice President of Operations for Academy Life.
In addition to her WFG Home Office title, Edie is the Sr. V.P. and Chief Administrative Officer of World Financial Group Insurance Agency, Inc., Director and Vice President of World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Puerto Rico, Sr. V.P. of WFG Securities of Canada Inc. and Sr. V.P. of World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Canada Inc.
In her time away from WFG, Edie serves as an officer of the Johns Creek Playhouse and treasurer of her subdivision's Homeowners Association.
Susan Davies, Senior Vice President of Marketing
Susan Davies is responsible for all marketing - and communications-related activities for World Financial Group. This includes overseeing a variety of departments including Agency, Events and Recognition, Communications, Distribution, Purchasing, Marketing and Publishing.
Susan attended Brigham Young University in Utah and since leaving the university has spent 18 years in the marketing, publishing and communications arms of the financial services and securities industry. Before coming to WFG, Susan worked in Convention Services at the Marriott in San Antonio, followed by a position of manager for the Atlanta Marriott Courtyard Division Regional Office.
Susan presently serves on the WFG Agency Committee, Executive Committee and Supervisory Board. She has been awarded the Chairman's Council Rolex watch for her outstanding service to the field.
